MyTimepiece.com is pleased to accept orders originating abroad as well as US orders shipped internationally. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges, and generally take 7-10 days from date of shipment to arrive, depending on the customs procedures of the destination country. MyTimepiece.com assumes no responsibility with respect to these procedures or any other such restrictions & charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country. All tariffs and/or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

MyTimepiece.com cannot accept credit card payments if the card was issued outside the United States. Any order using such a card will be rejected (US-issued cards are perfectly acceptable). We do accept Traveler's Checks (mail to: MyTimepiece.com, 5001 Avenue I, Brooklyn, NY 11234) or *wire transfers (call: 1 800-370-7470 to arrange such a transfer).

Refund:
All merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition. There are no returns or exchanges on special ordered items. Merchandise cannot be accepted for return or exchange when the item purchased was worn, scratched, or sized. Please make sure the original manufacture’s packaging is intact; all manuals, booklets and warranty cards are included; and the “Not Returnable If Removed” label is still attached.
Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number on the shipping label or package (never write anything on the manufacturer's box). A Return Authorization Number can be obtained by calling Mytimepiece.com, toll-free, at 800-370-7470.
Mytimepiece.com will accept returned merchandise for a refund in the original form of payment for 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be assessed on items which originally were shipped for free.

Exchange:
Mytimepiece.com will be happy to accept exchanges on items purchased within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will receive credit for the total amount of your purchase less the original shipping charges, which will be applied towards your new purchase. There is a limit of one exchange per order.

The customer is responsible for shipping the returned merchandise to our main warehouse at 5001 Avenue I, Brooklyn, NY 11234. The customer is advised to use a traceable courier and insure their package for the full purchase price as Mytimepiece.com cannot be responsible for packages that don’t reach our warehouse. Please allow 7-10 days from the time we receive your package for returns or exchanges to be processed.

Defective Items:
Rarely there might be an instance where the watch is received damaged or defective. Should this occur, please contact us as soon as possible and we will rectify it immediately. All defective and guarantee claims must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of merchandise and must be returned to Mytimepiece.com within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
